REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICY

You have 14 days from the shipping date to return your purchase from Www.icoppeditfirst.com.

Icoppeditfirst will accept, for return or exchange, items that are unworn, unused and free of damage by the customer. For a full refund or exchange, post out your item (back to us) within 14 days with the original receipt and returns form provided, stating reason for return. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 14 days from the original shipping date. All items must be returned with tags still attached and must be in original packaging as sent out to you. 

Any item/s for return are customer responsibility until they are received at the warehouse. We would suggest using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the item/s and obtaining proof of postage. At this stage we are unable to cover return shipping costs.

RETURNS ADDRESS

Once your item/s arrive back to the warehouse, exchanges/refunds will be processed as quickly as possible. 

Return Address will be stated/provided on the return form.
